I know the Rally is a lower end tire, but how are these for for the price? https://www.bike24.com/p2302608.html...ken=anonymized
Even cheaper than the Yellow Jersey (though maybe not with shipping). I'd like to get some generic, budget tubulars, as well as some higher performance ones.
I use a couple Rallys as spares. I like the ride of all the Veloflex tires I've used, including just over 200 miles on a couple Ravens (I don't know yet how durable the Ravens are). At $43 per tire, I think they are a good buy. I did have a little trouble with the Ravens holding air but it seems it was a case of the removable stems not being screwed all the way down so an easy fix. I've also had good luck with a couple Vittoria Corsas (very durable) but I don't know which model. Merlin also has a couple of those at $40. I've found Veloflex and Vittoria tires to be pretty easy to mount.
