The Roubaix looks fine but whether it's a good (or better than the Lemond) depends on its condition (especially if it's carbon, which I'm assuming that year's model is) which we cannot tell you over the internet.
I like Ti bikes but I ride my carbon bikes more. I feel like Ti bikes hold their value better, though. Maybe this comes down to drivetrain, wheelset, cockpit configuration preference.
