Several people have mentioned saddles becoming more uncomfortable over time. Maybe some of those people have reached the age where, like me, they're starting to lose some height (and, like me, might be in a bit of denial about it).
Thought about doing saddle cutouts or looking for new saddles but then just went ahead and dropped the saddle height a cm or so on all my bikes. Problem solved.
