yes, they are pricey. I got these from RivBike - with the recent inflation adjusted pricing. No one in the US had them. Never seen them used unless they are the 21.1 quill version.
I replaced Jones Bars with a threadless stem with an adapter- bit of an eyesore with many clamped joints.
They are more comfortable than the Jones. Probably saved a few grams. Look great.
