It took me 45 minutes to ride 2.5 miles from my house to my workplace on Friday. With a 30 MPH + gusts wind and the temperature around 18F. That seems like enough of a workout to keep me in OK shape.
That is totally insane and I salute your….uh…..dedication. Hopefully you got home in less than a minute (using that 30MPH tailwind)
