For total miles in 2024 I'd like to try for 3,000, but it means I need to get off to a good start. In 2022 I had over 2,600 miles, but January and February I rode less than 200 miles total.

This made me smile.

I can tell you this. My fitness level dropped during those two weeks. And my body must have gotten used to the reduction of being rattled around every day because it’s talking back a little. Feels like I’ve been playing football, which I was smart enough to give up 30 years ago.
