It is the CS-HG700 and 800, 11-34, non series cassettes that will fit on a 10 speed hub. The 105 7000 and Ultegra 8000 will not. I believe it is only the 11-34 in those non series that will work. shimano calls the HG800 ultegra (or at least includes it in the r8000 group)
