Hard to tell anything with the eBuy pics. I have seen TCs in silver and in blue in addition to the BIC orange. Get us some decent pics and we can maybe tell you more. If you remove the paint, I know in some instances there is a Reynolds ID engraved lightly on some of the tubing. One person told me seat tube, another said they have seen it on the top tube. Lack of engraving does not mean it is not Reynolds. Anything on the BB?
