22847953[/url]]Good picture and it's not near what I was thinking; where lots of the paint is getting pushed away from the frame by rust, typically in a wrinkled pattern. Those look more like dings rather than a bike that lived in a beach town.
I would use naval jelly on the spots and touch up with a silver paint pen.
thanks for the advice. That is on the localised spots after I removed the rust I suppose?
