Juan162 - thanks for the kind comments on my Twenty. As you know converting a Twenty is a LOT of work and it is always a sort of "payback" when someone makes a positive comment on your build.

Weigh with the SA Elite 5-speed hub - haven't weighed it yet. Amazing - I haven't weighed this bike....DUH. I just bought a Samsonite Oyster suitcase at the Goodwill store ($4) and have the bike disassembled to fit it into the luggage. I'm out of town for the next week - but as soon as I get back, reassemble it - I'm gonna weigh it and report back to you. Amazing - when I built it up as a fixie I was sooo curious about the weight - but once I converted it over to my city bike - I did not put a high priority on weight.

The Twenty will be accompanying me on a couple of business trips this Spring and Summer - hence the luggage test-fit. Until the test-fit, the Twenty lived in the back on my '91 Honda Civic hatchback - always ready for an impromptu ride. I've sold the Honda about three weeks ago and haven't replaced the car yet -so I do not have a way of carrying the bike with me everyday (I now carpool). Until I discovered this list about three weeks ago - I forgot just how much I like my Twenty and miss having it with me.
