The odds of a shop having a complete slightly used 600 group to replace your complete slightly used Ultegra group are nearer zero than getting struck by lightening. The odds that they would "exchange" the parts are even lower. The 600 stuff has a higher cool factor than Ultegra, I can't see going thru the effort and potential fraud to get stuff with less value(percieved not actual value)
