Returning a bike to Performance
I bought a Scattante R-550 from Supergo late last year. I still have the receipt and paperwork and the bike is basically still new. This bike never fit me right (it is way too big for my build). Would I be able to return the bike to Performance since they are the same company?
It says on Supergo's now defunct website that "Performance Bicycle will accept returns and continue to service all products purchased at Supergo.com." I just wanted to check cause it seems like a grey area to me.
