Eh, not to be argumentative, but Teflon plumber's tape is too big for most of the tubes you list (except perhaps Shoe Goo). Do you carry a small pair of scissors to cut the tape down to width along with your patch kit?
No, I carry a mini Leatherman w/a very sharp blade in my toolbag. It trims the tape very nicely.
