I've actually added 20-40 minutes (depending on "free" time) of stretching before all my rides for the last two months. It's made a BIG difference. I feel much more comfortable (younger?) walking around, sitting, etc. It took about 1.5 months before I noticed that though. I have read that for stretching to make a difference, you need to do it 2x a day, every day. While I do think that stretching multiple times a day would make a huge difference, doing it 4x a week HAS made a difference.
