I have a fantasy. What if there were a digital video system you could carry on board that was about the size of an IPod. The camera could mount inside an air vent of your helmet, and you could just record everything that happens to you on every ride. On the rare occasion there was a conflict, you would have at the very least the audio, and probably the video, to back up your story.
Some of the current breed of cell phones will do both. Heck of an Idea. I am going to learn to be quick on the draw and take video if this ever happens to me.
