YIKES! My doc never told me about that when he brought the subject up. I asked about possible side effects and he passed the procedure up as no big deal, does thousands all the time and no problems. Needless to say, I still haven't made up my mind about permanent birth control...and after reading your post, I find I have some things to think about and more research to do.
