I agree with the last comments. Cannondale makes superb bikes. Any bike that you want to use for two different purposes will be a compromise.
I had a mountain bike for years and then 4 or 5 years ago I decided that I wasn't going off road anymore and that I wanted a bike more for urban use. I got a Cannondale Bad Boy Ultra. It was much more efficient than my mountain bike and faster.
However, about 2-3 years ago I began wishing that I had something faster and better on pavement.
So I got a road bike and love it.
The Bad Boy is a decent all round bike that can definitley do some off road. The Road Warrior will be better on road. It depends what is more important.
