For some reason the hubs have never grabbed me lookswise. I like their brake levers and such, though. If I were going to rise above the hub poverty (read: Formula) line, I'd probably go Phil or DA.

These cranks look ok, but it seems lame to have to break out the crank puller every time you want to swap or replace your chainring.. at least, they look that way- no spider, just one monolithic disk, probably with a splined interface to the crank and a BMX-style post coming through it from mid-arm. Is that the case?

What are these going to cost, $500?
