I love the KMC K710 Kool chain. I highly recommend it. I've ridden that model chain on various bikes for the past year or so. Not the lightest chain, but it's bulletproff. Designed for BMX street riding so it's trong and doesn't stretch much. Designed to handle the drama of grinding and such.

I can't imagine that skidding/skipping can be harder on a chain than a sprocket stall.

Great for SS, fixed-gear, and BMX.

edit: It also has "DropBuster" which keeps it from being dropped by the chainwheel or the cog. This is opposite of geared bike chains which are designed to grab on to lifters and change to a different cog when changing gears.
