You might be able to get a 1mm spacer at your LBS. I tried searching online but couldn't find anything. It's such a cheap part that I imagine not many online retailers are going to stock it.
If that doesn't work, then try an EAI cog. I have one on my IRO hub w/ the Formula lockring and no problems yet.
