Well, if the person is half intelligent they won't put anything that bad and if they do they don't use their real name.
On Facebook which is mostly real names, most of the pictures aren't too bad, the worst is some stupid kid drinking out of a boomerang vodka bottle.
But hey, **** it, if somebodies stupid enough to put crazy **** up there, they're probably stupid enough not to hold a job from any potential employers that might google them. (before every interview I've been on i've been googled, I know because they either tell me or by the tracking cookie on my website which shows IP address and referral)
