Can anyone assist me in letting me know what size shoe I should really be looking for? Thanks!
Shoe sizes can vary from brand to brand. I wear a US size 13 and have found that most of the time these are size 48 (SIDI, Shimano, Lake). I believe that Specialized lists their size 13 as a 47.

If you are considering a Specialized shoe you really need to try them on first. It has been my experience that people either love or hate their "body geometry" fit. There seems to be no middle ground.
