It's 95 right now and I'll be rifing after work. It was in the low 90's yesterday and I was fine as long as I kept moving and drank plenty of water (thank God for my Camelbak). You either get used to it, or just suck it up because it won't cool off until autumn.
If it's that bad for you, go early morning or late afternoon.
