Recovery Riding...it only took 12 years
For me to discover that if I didn't chase every rider on the road on my "long easy days" I would be able to hang with the climbers and most of the A group guys on the harder ride days.
Well, duh.
Not sure why I posted this...kind of like ARA (Aggressive Riding Anonymous)
The confession makes the recovery real!
