My 'partner' gave me a heart rate monitor and that's when I really started to record rides but that was halfway through last year. Perhaps my ignorance of how many miles I've ridden is a sign that I should quit reading/posting and only check 50+BF once a week when the weather is too hot/cold/rainy to ride...except I work in front of a computer screen so many hours that my imagination needs the stimulus of the forum.
