Thanks for the suggestions. I have no idea how I overlooked the IRO. ha.
I considered the San Jose, but I was hoping to build it up with slightly nicer components. I wouldn't normally care, but it does not come with a fixed hub and I'd have to replace that no matter what. I've already got a wheelset that I wanted to use.
