You are then disputing all the studies that have shown no difference between the impairment (about that of a legally drunk driver) of hands-free vs. hand-held cell phone usage.

Perhaps you'll get away without injuring or killing anyone for the rest of your life. However, consider the consequences of you do not. Please take the responsible path, and pull over EVERY time you want to take or initialte a call whilst driving.

I, for one, don't want to have to face the family of the dead afterwards. It's simply not worth it.
