I use the Cycle Aware Reflex Flexible Helmet Mirror and don't have any problem with I"m moving. Buddy had one that he was was alway adjusting and it got loose. I took some sand paper and roughed up the ball and the socket arms and it held like new after that.
I have the "Third Eye" that mounts on my glasses. I've had them occasionally get loose but found that simply pressing the two parts firmly together solved the problem for months. In fact, the two mirrors I own, once I did this, they never came loose since.
