I'm a really big fan of Bontrager components. I'd also get the 2.5/2.35 combo, here are the tires from bontrager that I'd recommend:
Front:

They're both Bontrager Big Earls, but the rear is made smaller (2.35) and lighter. It's also tubeless ready.
