I really like Fizik Microtex bartape. Very thin, so not intended for cushioning road chatter (padded gloves are compulsory). But a great feel, and easy to work with. Not to mention, it looks cool.
As for bars, I'm still hunting for one I like. Presently using an aluminum Easton that is decent, though I don't care too much for the ergo drops on it. Might try a Ritchey WCS next.
