Normandy Luxe Competition low flange hubs?

My Raleigh Super Course mixte was finally delivered today. As soon as I saw the non-stainless spokes I was sure the wheels were going to the junk pile. Then I noticed the red tags on the hubs. They say Normandy Luxe Competition. Those are supposed to be great hubs, so I hope it's true. What bothers me is that they're low flange and I've never seen them in anything but high flange. Are they the real thing or did somebody transplant the stickers from the real thing? The only other remarkable thing about the hubs is that they have red plastic dust caps. Plastic doesn't necessarily mean cheap, though. I have a set of Maillard 700s with plastic caps.

EDIT: I just found on the Classic Rendezvous site that low-flange Normandy Luxe Competitions were standard equipment on the Peugeot PKN10E, so I feel better. Now if I can just find a picture!
