The front suspension is a RockShox Tora; I'm 5'9'' and a bit over 190lbs (muscular/top heavy).
What would be the best pressure setting for me riding XC rocky hills?

Firstly it will take a good 3hours of riding to wear the fork in, so do that first. Secondly there is a table on the back of the fork leg with a weight to psi suggestion. Pump it up to your weigh. Remeber this is only intended as a guide! Now ride around and see what you think, it all comes down to personal preference. Remeber you also have motion control that you should use when going over certain terrain, but again its all personal preference so there is no point in asking here. You also have Rebound Setting ( a knob under the fork leg) which will adjust how fast the fork 'returns'. Again personal preference.

Get riding!
