I was cooked a bit after Coyote, so I just did the 45+ at Lafeyette. We went early, it was only 80-something.
I took a couple of weeks off after Tour De Nez, I was absolutely fried mentally and physically. Right now I'm parcelling out efforts to get in good form for the District Masters up here (you coming up?). I hadn't planned on doing any races until then but with the memorial ride I figure I'll go ahead and do Albany.
Tough year for the team, the rash of injuries and crashes are just footnotes to losing Dan and Pat. Both of them were the kind of people we could always use more of, quality individuals.
