Later I had 1/2 banana and another 6 oz. milk. For dinner I had a high-qulaity burrito and some chips/salsa (not many). I'm planning on having a salad later to stave off the pangs.
explain "high quality burrito"???? and lose the chips! salsa's good though! and make sure it's fat free dressing (the regular ones pack a fat/calorie punch!)
