do you mean motionbased? you CAN pay for it... but you can also use it for free...
if you pay... you get to see all the files you upload and some analyzer... you also get priority uploads... but that pretty much has only come into play on the weekends.. and then it's only a matter of a few minutes before it's actually there for you to use! so you can upload... and get all your information.. and go back and access the file until you upload 10... then the 11th one "drops" off... as in you can't access it.... you can still see it listed... and the pertinent stuff... but you can't open it and use map player.. see the weather, etc...
so it's VERY useable without paying...
