The total weights look pretty close to me.
I've found most Dura-Ace 7800 cranks come in about 740 grams. Two friends of mine weighed +/- 5 grams of that figure, with the BB included. One K-force compact I weighed came in at 805 grams! (175mm). I've also seen some posts on WW with K-force weights coming in around the 800 gram mark for the compacts. I think FSA has been slipping on the weight marks lately.
I still really like the Carbon Pro Elite compart. They weigh in about 515 grams minus bottom bracket. Pick up a Token or KCNC ISIS bottom bracket and you have a nice light crank that isn't too expensive.
