it's not really an upgraded version of the 3000 though..... it is a mini with 18 mm thick shackle instead of 16 mm on the 3000.
For those interested, the extra 2mm of shackle constitues another 27% more steel to cut through (compare the squares of the radii). Maybe an engineer can remark on the comparative bending strength, but I think that goes up as the square or maybe the cube of the radius too. It looks like a tough little lock, anyway
