The Scenario: 12 am in the fall so it is blacker than black out I have one cateye light not doing much and it is pouring buckets out I am riding on the sidewalk go into the driveway of the school and the sidewalk makes a hump because of the gardening hit it at full speed maybe 22-24 mph ( I was out of the sadle sprinting ) it is a fully suspended mountain bike ( I think my cyclocomputer might have been off mtbs are to go slow ) and I fly I was flying I tell you I hit the grass and slide into a barbwire fence bike first so no roadrash just a good lickin I don't think I got out of bed the next day till 11 o clock or 12
