The pedals you have are toe clips, if you take a fall, you sprain your ankles. I would have to recommend for clipless pedals(don't use them,I prefer a good set of shin cutting flat pedals of the bmx back ground.) Time Atacs they release very well, and if you get into mud they will shed very well.
