I sure as heck would not do it. Most mtbs have fairly strait forks hybrids have straitish forks. Weight that far forward will quickly put your center of gravity beyond the front axle i dont see this as bening at all safe. Personally if some one is doing that in frotn of me im gona be cuttign my speed back and let them get way way ahead of me.
