This is my favorite (it's the one i have and use).
MSR Waterworks EX Filter
It attaches directly to a wide mouth nalgene bottle, or you can just pump it into whatever really. I've used it in the Wisconsin River, Colorado river... Seems to work good. If that's too expensive check out the MSR MiniWorks EX Filter it's about $60 less.
