RAGBRAI XXXI
Congratulations on your ride across the great state of Iowa. My wife and I were among the throng of bikes you probably avoided most of the week. We ride very early to avoid the crowds, lines, and heat.
Although we originally intended to ride our new Co-Motion this year... we opted for singles once we (didn't) trained in local hilly conditions. We just weren't prepared for that washboard route. No regrets though. We had a terrific week; the weather was cooperative.
As native Iowans, it's always nice to return home. Can't wait for next year's route announcements and countdown!
