sounds like a recumbent or trike may be an appropriate cycle for you at this point: there was another poster (a male) who had serious pelvic surgery on this forum within the past several weeks. He was experiencing extreme pain sitting on ANY kind of conventional diamond-frame bike seat. I'll look for that posting...
