Calories for homemade foods.
Hi,
My wife makes a lot of our food from scratch. Is there a way to measure calories per serving for homemade items? (Things like cookies, bread, applesauce, tomato sauce, jams, pasta, etc.)
I might be way off base, but the only way I could think of is to add up all the calories for the base ingredients and divide that by the serving size.
