If the path gets dirty well there are several parallel roads up on the bluff and much of the hzard zone is matched by the access road on the west side of the tracks. I biked and drove commercially thru the area for years. If the new protected bike path gets dirty ride thru there at night and throw the trash over on the motorists side. I carry rubber gloves so I can heave road kill into traffic lanes.
