As an update, I was back on the road today on my tt bike. Kept everything below 80% and just wanted to get a feel for whether or not I can breathe. The good thing is that I can ride. Unfortunatley, I still cannot reach down and get a waterbottle without sitting up. Hopefully I will be able to do some long LT intervals and maybe get into a race or two before the season is out. Thinking of Green mountain with Broken ribs. Fun. Thanks for th support out there.
