CAUTION Rando, I asked a similiar question about a month ago and recieved a timely reminder from Cudak888. Unlike 700C rims, not all 27" rims will accomodate high pressure tires like the Continental Ultrasports. If your rims have the bead to catch the edge of the high pressure tires, then disregard this post. But if you have the old steel rims or low end alloy rims, your rims may not be capable of holding a tire that requires 100PSI. I'm currently running 90PSI Kenda's on my Fuji that has steel rims. I purchased them at Dick's. Nashbar also sells a couple of tires that run at 90 PSI under their own name.
