That's one of the great things about America, regional foods! Makes me think of once when I was in Missouri, I went to a local town fair. The customary dish was something I can't remember the name of, but it was made of raw hamburger, onions, and spices. I thought it would have tasted better if it was cooked, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it!
