Mono is something that you'll just have to live with. It throws your liver readings all out of whack. My MD told me (when I had it a decade or so ago) NOT to take pain-killers because they had to be metabolized by the liver which is already max-stressed by the mono. Your symptoms will abate over the next month or two if your experience is like mine. I didn't feel much like exercising during that time, but my MD said it was OK, so I did it anyway. Hope the antibiotics solve the problem!
