Got my Lake MXZ301s last night. I normally wear 44 or US 10.5, but in my current Lake shoes, 44.5 fits better. I ordered the 301 in 46, which fits well over a summer sock, and has room left for thicker socks. The boa lacing system let me snug them up well over the summer sock, but is a little stubborn to release sometimes.
